We don’t know about you, but we like to know a little about the people who write what we read. Not only is it responsible scholarship on our part, but a little biographical info also begins to satisfy our general curiosity about people.

Please understand that we are not including these biographies for prideful, narcissistic reasons. We are not trying to impress anyone with a detailed review of our lives. When you look at it, you will find that we don’t have that much to be prideful about. Our life has been a rather normal life of normal people. Indeed we had some highs and lows, but nothing that makes us stand out from most other middle class Americans.

What distinguishes us, if anything does, is the way we see religion. As you read our blogs, you will find perspectives on religion, especially Christianity, that are not part of traditional church teachings. That fact will probably not do much to make us a lot of friends, but we are compelled to report it like we see it.
